for new memebrs joining,here are a few tidbits...A prospect may be kept on your prospect list up until that player hits 40 NHL games played.If you do not call that player up to Yahoo roster,that player becomes a free agent,and may be signed by any team.When calling a player up to Yahoo,you MUST post on "prospects adds/drops" before making the move.you may add another prospect to replace the called up player.make sure to check and see if that player is not on another managers prospect list.the player does NOT have to be in Yahoo database,but must have been previously drafted or signed by an NHL team.The easiest way to check for prospects is to use the "search" tab on any thread.Faster than looking at each team.Questions?Please ask!
